Reviews and Ratings
The hotel surprised me with its modern and clean rooms and friendly service. The location is convenient, close to shopping complexes and transport options. However, the dining experience fell short with limited variety. Overall, a comfortable stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel is located right off 407 near Hwy 7, a bit of a drive from downtown Toronto but excellent for a stay in Toronto with close proximity to shopping complexes. The rooms could use some warming up despite the heater, but they come with convenient amenities like a small dishwasher, stove, and fridge. The friendly service is commendable, although they charged a steep fee for early check-in. The dining options are varied but on the pricey side, especially breakfast. The hotel facilities are well-equipped and offer a comfortable stay. However, the high price could make it not so budget-friendly.
I chose this hotel mainly for its excellent location near an industrial area, which worked out well. However, the rooms were not the best during my stay; they were dirty, with hair and other issues appearing early in the morning between 7 and 8 am. The service was a pleasant surprise despite some initial confusion over directions to the pool, with the staff being amazingly helpful. The location served its purpose for my needs, although not being very close to Toronto could be a downside. The dining options seemed promising, but unfortunately, I did not get to try them. Overall, the value for money was good, considering the positives and the few hiccups.
The hotel was worth the amount of money and comfortably equipped with sofas, a big TV, and a big dining table, but it was a bit too dry and a disappointment. The service was good but may have been a tad rushed to get us our keys. The location was not accurate and smelled bad and stuffy, not as good as expected. The dining was very good but could have a few more items for the price charged, and the facilities left a lot to be desired.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were lovely, clean, and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. However, there were some cleanliness issues, and the broken ironing board was inconvenient. The service was cordial, although not overly friendly or helpful. The location was close to my office in Markham, but there were certain things I didn't like about housekeeping and the water temperature inconsistency in one of the rooms. The dining options were adequate, offering a decent breakfast spread. Overall, a stay with some positives and negatives.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positive and negative experiences. The rooms didn't meet my expectations as I was preparing for my wedding, but I was pleasantly surprised to be able to upgrade upon checking in. The hotel and rooms were clean with a good view, though there were certain things that could be improved. The service was excellent, with the staff being very helpful and accommodating. The location was perfect for me, being close to the 407 and in a quiet area on Hwy 7-Warden, but there were a few issues with housekeeping and room facilities. The dining experience, although guaranteed, was a bit of a letdown with repetitive food options. Overall, a stay with great potential but room for improvement.
